Natalyn Vargas joined our team in 2022 and has played a key role in managing client communication, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly. Now a licensed agent who looks forward to assisting with any questions or concerns and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Natalyn enjoys spending quality time with her family, caring for her reptiles, and country dancing. She is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our clients and is thrilled to be working alongside her mother, Shasta, to grow the family business to new heights.

Katherine Ortiz is here to help clients with scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and being a friendly voice and face they can count on. She connects clients with our professionals who can help further with their Medicare needs.

Katherine started her path into the medical field in 2020. She earned her Associate's Degree in Allied Health Science. She has experience communicating with patients and clients as a medical assistant.
During Katherine's free time, she loves spending time with her family, baking, and going on road trips.
